SITL 2025 will take place from April 1st to 3rd at Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles, Pav.1

Opening hours :

  • Tuesday 1 April 2025: 9am - 8pm
  • Wednesday 2 April 2025: 9am - 7pm
  • Thursday 3 APRIL 2025: 9am - 5pm

Visitors: Once registration has been completed, the visitor will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to the helpdesk for requesting the visa letter. The helpdesk will carry out the necessary checks and generate the invitation letter manually. 

Exhibitors: The visa invitation letter is available via the link included in the badge application confirmation email. It assumes official registration for the show and creation of the badge by the account administrator. The letter will then be generated automatically and immediately by the system.

A cloakroom will be available at the show.

Badges / Invitations / Press accreditations

Access badge costs €77 (incl. VAT) online and €110 (incl. VAT) on site. Your badge is valid for the 3 days of SITL24. It gives you access to the different areas, conferences and events. 

To facilitate your entry, remember to print your badge (printing is possible 15 days before the show opens).

When you registered, you received a confirmation email.

15 days before the show opens, you will receive an email with your badge to print (as a .pdf attachment).

We advise you to keep this email carefully, and to download and print your badge before you come to SITL for smoother access.

When you register online, you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).

Your badge is personal and non-transferable. You will be asked for it each time you enter and leave the various exhibition areas. When you leave the exhibition, please deposit your badge in the recycling bins provided for this purpose.

Once you have registered online, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Please note that access badges can be printed 15 days before the show opens.

If you have not received the email containing your badge (PDF attachment), please contact our customer service department on + 33 1 47 56 65 55 from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday or via Helpdesk.

The badge download will appear in a new PDF window. Please make sure that your browser allows pop-up pages. You will also need to have a program on your computer that can read PDF files.

The SITL is not free unless you have an invitation. We advise you to get in touch with one of our exhibitors. Each exhibitor has a quota of free invitations.

Students can have access to SITL for all 3 days of the show.

Entry is free

Entry requirements:

- Presentation of your student card

- First year college degree

- Appropriate dress is required.

- Group size: 10 people maximum with one accompanying adult.

We reserve the right to refuse entry if the above conditions are not met.

Free badge if you can show a valid France Travail document at the exhibition reception desk.

At the entrance to the hall, a ramp lead to the main entrance of the show. You will find a counter adapted for people with reduced mobility to welcome you in the best conditions.

Safety protocol

Security & Safety arrangements within the exhibition centre (VIPARIS) include:

▪ A general reinforcement of the control teams on all the exhibition sites and outdoor common areas

▪ Bag searches of visitors and exhibitors 

▪ The presence of security guards and physiognomists in common areas
